Specific Project Objectives:

– To understand the above mentioned legal and regulatory framework of doctoral education in Uzbekistan;

– To inform Uzbek HEIs on the organisation of doctoral education in the EHEA;

Job shadowing session in Turin Polytechnic University, Italy

October 9-13,2017

In overall, the job shadowing weekend  gave us a wide range of opportunities to establish  network with colleagues in host University and to learn more detail about organization the doctoral education in Italy. Our visit to Turin Polytechnic University was really interesting and fruitful. We learned a lot about education system, responsibilities of Administrative and Academic Staff and even students. Likewise, we learned more about the following items:

– The Doctoral School which involves The PhD courses of Politecnico di Torino, PHD programs and the companies, Doctorate and internationalization, the way of supporting to  doctoral studies, how to organize PHD programs and PHD regularions. Rules and procedures and financial support to Doctoral studies. Moreover, we were given information about PHD in Italy and Europe.

– Italian University Incubator and meeting with innovative start-ups. Who are they, what they do, what they have done and what they are doing. Likewise, We learned about QVAL: research evaluation and international publication ranking.

– Case studies from PHD Candidates (International mobility, apprenticeship, collaboration with enterprises).  The Technology Transfer Area: the private-public partnership.

– International Area: International relations and networks.

-Masters and long life learning.

– The  Research Area: Support Services for management of funded research projects.

-Stage and job Placement: The career service.

-Internationalization of the PHD (co-tutelle agreement. Joint PHD, Marie Curie)

I think  job shadowing in Turin was really interesting. I was impressed by their Doctoral school and the system of working there. Especially, training supervisors every year for 5 days is the most useful thing, because it connects relationship between student and supervisor. The most valuable thing for me is 10 principles of Doctoral education. Besides, I got information about PHD regulations that Doctorate should publish 1 publication in an international journal. Then, we were shown case studies by  PHD candidates Sara Torabi and others. They answered to all our questions which were interesting for us.  Likewise, I got much information about PHD in Italy and Europe.

PHD schools in Polito have close connection between education and research. There are huge investments made by Polito for financing PHD programs. Additional prizes awarded for high quality PHD candidates. PHD education is internationalized (1/3 out of all is foreign PHD candidate) and has wide cooperation with different high rank companies. Soft skill courses make great contribution in PHD candidate’s success.

Our visit to Incubator and meeting with innovative start-ups was also very interesting. Their mission is to create companies to start-up and make real. I would like to mention that I was excited from these meeting, because it was one of the most important task for Institutions.

On the 11th of October we learned about the international relations and networks. I would like to note that masters and long life learning is really good department which connect students (masters) with their future job.

Learning about Supporting services for management of funded research projects was very useful for me. Because they help to connect cooperation on career development.

I learned more about Horizon 2020 and how does it work. As I understand Horizon 2020 is Polito’s goal.

As a conclusion I’d like to underline what would help to rise the efficiency of doctoral study in our University

  • Language Center;
  • Study programs should include soft and hard skill parts and should have flexibility in the sense of scheduling;
  • Institutional research support (financing, creation environment, information, networking) should be strengthened;
  • Involvement of high professional from abroad in teaching bachelors and masters should be increased so that better doctorate candidate can be prepared:

Furthermore, this seminar gave a great chance to benchmark the best practices organization the doctoral studies and research works both in Italy and Uzbekistan. The results prove that researchers in both countries have to pass the long and complicated roads in order to achieve the degree and to apply the research results in practice. Especially, this is obvious in technical and engineering fields. The researcher has to master the knowledge of applying for funding, to bring the innovative idea to wide range of academic network, to be able financial managing the projects, to work with team members and etc.

The gained ideas and obtained views can be used in implementing the government policy reform directive in the field of research potential development and widen the academic potential in Uzbek universities. The major policy reform order is 2909 about to further improve the research and academic activities of higher education in Uzbekistan.

Turin politexnika universitetida seminar-trening

Turin, Italiya,  9-13 oktyabr 2017 yil

Joriy yilning 9-13 oktyabr kunlari Erusmus+ UZDOC 2.0 dasturi rejasiga ko‘ra O‘zbekistonning 6 universiteti koordinatorlari uchun Italiyaning Turin politexnika universitetida seminar-trening tashkil etildi. Seminarda Toshkent kimyo-texnologiya institutidan Z.Babaxanova, Toshkent moliya institutidan U.Xalikov, Namangan davlat universitetidan P.Lutfullaev, O‘zbekiston davlat san’at va  madaniyat institutidan G.Aripova, Qarshi davlat universitetidan A.Kurbanov, Samarqand iqtisodiyot va servis institutidan Sh.Kadыrova faol ishtirok etishdi.

Seminar-trening davomida O‘zbekistondan tashrif buyurgan oliy ta’lim vakillari Turin politexnika universiteti tuzilmasi, bu yerda ta’lim berilayotgan yo‘nalishlar xaqida to‘liq ma’lumotlarga ega bo‘ldi. Turin politexnika universiteti (Politecnico di Torino) – 1859 yilda tashkil etilgan bo‘lip, Italiyaning eng qadimiy texnika universiteti xamda Yevropaning ilg‘or muxandislik ta’lim markazi hisoblanadi. Universitet texnika fanlari, arxitektura, kompyuter texnologiyalari va sanoat dizayni yo‘nalishlari bo‘yicha ta’lim olish dasturlari va ilmiy-tadqiqot faoliyat olib borish uchun keng imkoniyatlar beradi. 2016 yil bo‘yicha QS World University Ranking xalqaro universitetlar reytingida Turin politexnika universitetining Muxandislik ishi va texnologiyalar fakulteti 66 o‘rinni egallagan.

2016-2017 o‘quv yilida universitetda 33000 dan ortiq talabalar 28 bakalavriat yo‘nalishlari, 32 magistratura mutaxassiliklari va 24 PhD dasturlari bo‘yicha ta’lim olishdi. O‘quv dasturlarni 30%dan ortig‘i ingliz tilida o‘qitiladi, bu esa universitetning xalqaro aloqalarini rivojlantirishga imkoniyat beradi. Umumiy talabalar sonidan 16% chet ellik talabalar, shu jumladan 2,3% dan ortiq O‘zbekistonlik talabalar tashkil etadi.

Hozirgi kunda 2016-2019 yillarda bajarilishi mо‘ljallangan  “О‘zbekiston oliy ta’lim tizimida doktorantura ta’limining sifatini oshirish (UZDOC 2.0: Furthering the Quality of Doctoral Education at Higher Institutions in Uzbekistan) mavzusidagi 573703-YERR-1-2016-1-VE-YERRKA2-SVNE-SP raqamli Erasmus+ dasturi loyihasi davom etmoqda.

Loyihada О‘zbekiston Respublikasi Oliy va о‘rta maxsus ta’lim vazirligi bilan birgalikda Toshkent kimyo-texnologiya instituti, Toshkent moliya instituti, Namangan davlat universiteti, О‘zbekiston davlat san’at va madaniyat instituti, Qoraqalpoq davlat universiteti, Qarshi davlat universiteti, Samarqand iqtisodiyot va servis institutlari ishtirok etdilar.

Loyihaning navbatdagi seminar-trening 2018 yilning 5-9 fevral kunlari Toshkent kimyo-texnologiya institutida bо‘lib о‘tdi. JOB SHADOWING WEEK IN THE UNIVERSITY OF GRANADA

3-7 September  in 2018 Uzbek participants from different Institutions visited to Granada University. Our visit to Granada University was really interesting and fruitful. We learned a lot about Education system, responsibilities of Administrative and Academic Staff and even students.

First day of the Job shadowing week we were introduced with the Granada University and with general Presentation of the job shadowing week. http://www.ugr.university.  Then, directors of 3 doctoral schools introduced us with Doctoral Schools. Likewise, introduction of the Council of Doctoral Representatives was interesting. There is a “Co-tutelle”  program in doctoral school where international researchers are able to apply and continue their research in Granada University.

Olga Nikolaeva introduced us with the structure of International Relations Office. One of the objectives of IRO is to promote international mobility of students, teaching and research staff and administrative and support staff of the UGR. It was really useful to learn about working process of IRO and UGR regulations on international mobility. intlinfo@ugr.es.

We visited Research Support Office which is situated in the international office. Yulya Melikhova made a report about this office. It was informative to us to know about researchers, funding, framework of the programme, who can participate in it. Moreover, we were informed with an office for international projects and with the structure of HORIZON 2020: 2014-2020, COFUND 2016 ATHENEA 3I  https://atheneaa3i.ugr.es.  HORIZON Work program 2018-2020        is open and even we can participate in it.

Gained knowledge and experiences  will be implemented in Uzbekistan. I hope obtained knowledge will assist to enhance education system and doctoral education in Uzbek Institutions. Especially “Co-tutelle” program  will be a great choice to Uzbek Doctoral Candidates to go to Granada and to learn foreign experiences  in their investigation, because  nowadays Uzbekistan pays a great attention to study abroad, and to connect International collaboration with foreign Universities.

UZDOC 2.0:  bo’yicha Ispaniyaning Granada universitetiga tashrif

Joriy yilning 3-7 sentyabr kunlari «UZDOC 2.0: O’zbekiston Oliy ta’lim muassasalarida doktorlik ta’lim sifatini yaxshilash» 573703-EPP-1-2016-1-BE-EPPKA2-CBHE-SP (2016-3796) bo’yicha milliy hamkorlar, ya’ni O’zbekiston davlat san’at va madaniyat instituti (Aripova Gulnoza Tulkunovna), Toshkent kimyo-texnologiya instituti, Qoraqalpoq davlat universiteti, Qarshi davlat universiteti, Namangan davlat universiteti, Samarqand iqtisodiyot va servis instituti, Toshkent moliya instituti  Ispaniyaning Granada Universitetida bo’lib o’tgan seminar-treningga  tashrif  buyurdilar.

Granada  universitetlar shahri bo’lib, 240.000 aholidan 80.000 nafari talabalar, o’qituvchilar, tadqiqotchilar, administrativ va xizmat ko’rsatish xodimlaridan tashkil topgan.  Ko’rsatgich  shuni ko’rsatadiki, aholining uchdan bir qismi universitetga  aloqadordir. 2016 yil ma’lumotiga ko’ra  Granada Universiteti Shanxay reytingi bo’yicha ikkinchi o’rinda turadi. Birinchi o’rinni esa Barselona Universiteti egallagan.

2017/2018 yil ko’rsatkichlariga asosan Granada universiteti 86 nafar bakalavr dasturi, 110 nafar magistratura dasturi (bulardan 18 nafari xalqaro hamkorlik dasturlari hisoblanadi) va  28 nafar doktorantura dasturiga ega. Universitetda onlayn kurslar, yozgi maktablar va qisqa kurslar ham ish olib boradi. Granada Universitetining axborot kommunikatsiya texnologiyalari bo’limi  dunyo reytingida o’z o’rnini egallagan. Axborot kommunikatsiya texnologiyalari, meditsina, madaniy meros va lingvistika bo’limlari universitetdagi eng yuqori bo’limlar hisoblanadi. Ular milliy va xalqaro ishlab chiqarish mutaxassislari bilan hamkorlikda ilmiy izlanishlar olib boradilar.

 

Seminar-treningning birinchi ish kuni xalqaro bo’lim boshlig’i professor  Doroti Kelli va doktorlik maktabi direktori Tereza Bajo ochib berdilar. Ular tinglovchilardan qaysi bo’limlarni o’rganmoqchiliklarini so’rab oldilar.

Seminarni Granada universiteti haqidagi prezentatsiya bilan boshlab berdilar. Granada universiteti 1531 -yildan buyon  o’z tarixi, sifati va innovatsiyasi bilan mashhurdir. Universitet 1526-yil V. Charlz  tomonidan  tashkil topgan bo’lib, 1531-yil Papal Bul universitetga “Mobility” tizimini olib kirgan. Universitetda talabalar soni 54.849 ni tashkil etsa, ulardan 4.468 (8%) nafari xalqaro talabalardir, 6.120  nafar aspirantlardan tashkil topgan bo’lsa, ulardan 1.484 27 (24%) nafari xalqaro talabalardir.

Granada universitetining ikkita filiali Morokkoda ochilgan. Universitet dunyodagi 800 ta  oliygohlar  bilan hamkorlik shartnomalariga ega. Universitetda 27 ta fakultet, 123 ta bo’lim, 16 ta ilmiy izlanish institutlari va 400 ta izlanuvchi guruhlar mavjud. Bundan tashqari universitetda 4 xil til o’rgatish markazi mavjud bo’lib, bular:

  1. Arab tili markazi (Al-babtain Center)
  2. Xitoy tili markazi (Confucies Institute)
  3. Rus tili markazi (Ruskiy Mir Center)
  4. Zamonaviy tillar markazi (Modern Languages Centre)

Tinglovchilarni  xalqaro doktorlik maktabi haqida Antonio Garcia Casco, M. Carmen Ruiz, Francisco Contreras tanishtirdi. So’ng doktorantlar bilan uchrashuv tashkil etildi.

Granada universitetida 3 ta xalqaro doktorlik maktabi o’z ish faoliyatini olib boradi. Bular:

  1. Ijtimoiy fanlar va huquqshunoslik
  2. Texnologiya va injenerika
  3. Meditsina fanlari

Doktorlik maktabi 28 ta dasturga ega. Doktorlik maktabi dasturlari, qay tarzda ular bilan bog’lanish mumkinligi, anketa to’ldirish yo’llari  ko’rsatmalarini quyidagi saytdan olishingiz mumkin.

Chet el tajribalaridan foydalangan holda ilmiy ish qilmoqchi bo’lganlar uchun “Co-tutelle” dasturi mavjud bo’lib, bu dasturga ko’ra izlanuvchi o’z yurti va Granada  universitetidagi ilmiy rahbarlar bilan hamkorlikda ish olib boradi. Ilmiy ishni har bir davlat qonun-qoidalariga ko’ra  bajaradi. Buning uchun Granada Universitetidan sohaga xos ilmiy rahbar topish lozim. Granada universiteti professoriga taklif etilayotgan mavzu to’g’ri kelsa, u rahbarlik qilishga rozi bo’ladi. Ilmiy ish yozish davomida doktorant Granada universitetida olti oylik  ta’lim olishi zarur bo’ladi. O’qish uchun kelayotgan doktorantning turar joy va yo’l xarajatlari  Granada universiteti tomonidan qoplanadi. Mazkur dasturning asosiy maqsadi millatlararo hamkorlikni rivojlantirish  va dunyo tajribalaridan o’rnak olib izlanishlar olib borishdir.

Xalqaro aloqalar bo’limining asosiy strategik qarori administratsiya boshqaruvini amalga oshirishdan iboratdir. Maqsadi esa xalqaro grantlarni ko’paytirish, talaba, izlanuvchilar, o’qituvchi va administrativ bo’limlarga xalqaro grantlar haqida ma’lumot berish,  madaniyatlararo va linguistik  kompetensiyani mustahkamlash, “Mobility” tizimining sifatini oshirish, chet el universitetlari bilan hamkorlikni mustahkamlash kabi vazifalarni o’z ichiga oladi. http://internacional.ugr.es.

Xalqaro aloqalarni  ko’paytirish va chuqur o’rganish  maqsadida loyihalar  bilan ishlaydigan maxsus bo’lim tashkil etilgan. Universitetda  Erasmus+ loyihasi 30 yildan buyon o’z ish faoliyatini olib borayotgan bo’lsa, o’tgan yilning o’zida 350 nafar o’qituvchi va 100 dan ortiq administrativ  bo’lim chet el davlatlarida malaka oshirib kelgan.

Bundan tashqari Xalqaro aloqalar bo’limi qoshida Xalqaro qabul markazi (International welcome Centre. IWC)  2015-yildan buyon o’z ish faoliyatini olib boradi.  Mazkur markaz Granada Universitetiga tashrif buyiruvchi xorijiy doktorantlar, doktoranturaga o’qishga qabul qilinayotganlar va malaka oshirish uchun tashrif  buyurayotgan o’qituvchi va hodimlar bilan uzviy aloqada bo’lib, ularda yuzaga kelayotgan muammolarni yechishga yordam beradi. Xalqaro qabul markazi viza uchun anketa to’ldirish, yashash joyi bilan ta’minlash, oila a’zolari bilan borgan doktorantlar, halqaro tadqiqotchilar va o’qituvchilarga barcha sharoit yaratib moliyaviy taraflama ham ko’maklashadilar. www.welcome@ugr.es.

Xalqaro aloqalar bo’limi qoshida  loyihalar bilan ishlaydigan mahsus bo’lim mavjud bo’lib, loyihalarning sifati, moliyaviy holati, hamkorlikni rasmiylashtirish va rivojlantirish bo’yicha hujjatlar bilan ish olib boradi.

Granada universiteti yilda ikki martta professor-o’qituvchilar uchun seminar-trening o’tkazadi, buning uchun yo’nalishga hos kafedralar bilan internet orqali bog’lanib hamkorlikni mustahkamlash zarur.

Seminar-trening davomida “Horizon 2020” loyihasi haqida ma’lumot berildi. Granada Universiteti ham mazkur loyihaning a’zosi hisoblanadi. “Horizon2020”  loyihasiga a’zo bo’lish  uchun internet sayti orqali hamkorlarning geografik va sohaga hos yo’nalishlari o’rganiladi va shu orqali aniq strategiyaga ega bo’lgan hamkorlar tanlanadi.

O’zbekistondan tashrif buyurgan seminar-trening ishtirokchilariga sertifikatlar topshirildi.

O’rganilgan bilim va tajribalarni  institut  hodimlari, doktorantlari va professor-o’qituvchilariga yetkazish maqsadida institutda seminar-treninglar o’tkaziladi. O’ylaymizki O’zbekiston oliy ta’lim muassasalarida ham bunday hamkorliklar rivojlanib, institut administrativ hodimlari, professor-o’qituvchilar, talabalar va izlanuvchilar ko’pgina loyihalarda qatnashib O’zbekiston oliy ta’lim tizimining rivojiga o’z hissalarini qo’shadilar.

Halqaro aloqa va loyihalarni o’rnatish va yanada mustahkamlash yo’lida

O’zbekiston respublikasi prezidentining 2018 yil 5 iyunda qabul qilingan  PQ-3775 “Oliy ta’lim muassasalarida ta’lim sifatini oshirish va ularning mamlakatda amalga oshirilayotgan keng qamrovli islohotlarda faol ishtirokini ta’minlash bo’yicha qo’shimcha chora-tadbirlar to’g’risida”gi qarorida ta’kidlab o’tilganidek,  keying yillarda mamlakatimizda ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy rivojlanishning ustuvor yo’nalishlariga  hamda halqaro standartlar talablariga mos keladigan oliy ta’lim tizimini yaratish bo’yicha keng ko’lamli ishlar amalga oshirilmoqda.

2018 yil 19 iyun kuni “Tillar va adabiyot kafedrasi ingliz tili o’qituvchisi Gulnoza Arpova va 4-kurs “Teatrshunoslik” bo’limi talabasi Sevinch Odilova  O’zbekiston davlat san’at va madaniyat instituti Nukus Filialiga tashrif  buyurdilar.

Tashrif  mobaynida Nukus filialining tuzilmasi, kafedralarining ish faoliyati o’rganib chiqildi. Ma’naviyat xonasida barcha professor-o’qituvchilar bilan uchrashuv o’tkazildi . O’zbekiston davlat san’at va madaniyat instituti “Tillar va adabiyot” kafedrasi ingliz tili o’qituvchisi G.T.Aripova O’zbekiston davlat san’at va madaniyat institutda olib borilayotgan   loyihalar haqida ma’lumot berib, bu loyihalarning institutimiz  yosh izlanuvchilari, professor-o’qituvchilari va talabalari  uchun foydasi va institutimiz rivoji uchun loyihalarning ahamiyati haqida batafsil ma’lumot berdi. Misol sifatida esa О‘zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining 2017 yil 20 apreldagi “Oliy ta’lim tizimini yanada rivojlantirish chora-tadbirlari tо‘g‘risida”gi PQ-2909-sonli qarori hamda Oliy va о‘rta maxsus ta’lim vazirligi Hay’at qarorlari ijrosini ta’minlash maqsadida О‘zbekiston davlat jahon tillari universiteti huzuridagi Chet tillarini о‘qitishning innovatsiyaviy metodikalarini rivojlantirish Respublika ilmiy-amaliy markazi (RIAIM) tomonidan hamda О‘zbekistondagi Britaniya Kengashi bilan hamkorlikda “ESP Reform: ENSPIRE-U”   (Maxsus maqsadlarga yо‘naltirilgan ingliz tilini о‘qitish) doirasida amalga oshirilayotgan loyihaning maqsad va vazifalari, san’at va madaniyat sohasi rivojidagi o’rni haqida to’xtalib o’tdi. Slaydlar orqali loyihada ishlab chiqilayotgan Syllabusni chet tili o’qituvchilarga tushuntirdi va uning ta’limiy ahamiyati haqida alohida to’xtalib o’tdi.

So’ng esa Nukusga tashrif buyurilishining asosiy sababi bo’lgan UZDOC2.0 loyihasi boyicha presentatsiya qildi va Turin Universitetida orttirgan tajribalari bilan bo’lishdi va tinglovchilar tomonidan berilgan savollarga javob berdi.

Tinglovchilarni loyihalarga bo’lgan qiziqishlarini yanada oshirish maqsadida Gulnoza Aripova o’z ma’ruzasida qay tarzda ITEC dasturini yutib olib Hindistonning, Nyu Deli shahridagi Xalqaro menegment institutida malaka oshirib kelganligi tajribalari bilan bo’lishdi. So’ng qanday qilib ushbu loyihaga a’zo bolish kerakligi, anketa to’ldirish yo’llari va eng asosiysi ingliz tilini bilish muhimligi haqida gapirib o’tdi. Nukus filialida xalqaro aloqalar bo’limi mavjud emasligi sababli,  O’zbekiston davlat san’at va madaniyat institutining xalqaro bo’limi bilan uzviy aloqada bo’lib, yangiliklardan xabar topishi mumkinligi haqida ta’kidlab o’tildi.

O’zbekiston davlat san’at va madaniyat instituti 4-kurs “Teatrshunoslik” bakalavr bitiruvchisi Sevinch Odilova so’zga chiqib,  malakaviy diplom bitiruv ishining talablari, uning maqsad va vazifalari, ilmiy yangiligi haqida ma’lumot berdi. Misol sifatida esa o’zining diplom ishining mavzusi, ya’ni hozirda Toshkent teatrlarida zamonaviy stenografiyaning o’ziga hosligi, teatr dekoratsiyasidagi yangicha yondashuvlari, usullari haqida gapirib o’tdi.

Filial professori N.Ansatbaev so’zga chiqib, kelgan mehmonlarga filial nomidan o’z minnatdorchiligini bildirdi va hamkorlik aloqalarni yanada mustahkamlash kerakligi haqida o’z fikrlarini bayon etdi. Filial o’qituvchilari o’quv-ilmiy seminaridagi aytilgan loyihalarga qatnashish istagi borligini va bundan buyon hamkorlikni kuchaytirishlarini aytib o’tdi.

Joriy yilning 20 iyun kuni Erusmus+ UZDOC 2.0 dasturi rejasiga ko‘ra O‘zbekistonning 6 universiteti koordinatorlari uchun Qoraqalpoq davlat universitetida seminar-trening tashkil etildi. Seminarda Toshkent kimyo-texnologiya institutidan Z.Babaxanova, Toshkent moliya institutidan U.Xalikov, Namangan davlat universitetidan P.Lutfullaev, O‘zbekiston davlat san’at va  madaniyat institutidan G.Aripova va S.Odilova, Qarshi davlat universitetidan A.Kurbanovlar ishtirok etdilar.

Qoraqalpog’istonga tashrif buyurgan oliy ta’lim vakillari Qoraqalpoq davlat universiteti tuzilmasi, bu yerda ta’lim berilayotgan yo‘nalishlar, doktorantura bo’limi va doktorlik markazida olib borilayotgan izlanishlar xaqida to‘liq ma’lumotlarga ega bo‘ldilar. Seminar-treiningda 2018 yil, 1-2 oktyabr kunlari UzDOC.2.0.  loyihasi bo’yicha bo’lib o’tadigan yig’ilish muhokamasi bo’lib o’tdi. Yig’ilishning asosiy maqsadi esa Turin va Granada Universitetlarida o’rganib kelgan bilimlarimizni O’zbekistonga tadbiq etish, ishlab chiqaruvchi va izlanuvchilar orasidagi  uzviy bog’liqlikni o’rganish va rivojlantirishdan iborat. Fan, ta’lim va ishlab chiqarish hamkorligi masalalari muhokama qilindi va oktyabr oyida bo’lib o’tadigan yig’ilish uchun ish beruvchidan olinadigan so’rovnama tuzildi. Tuzilgan so’rovnomalarni esa har bir loyiha ishtirokchisi o’z oliygohida muhokama qilib o’zgartirishlar kiritib kelishiga topshirildi.

O’ylaymizki olib borilayotgan oshirilayotgan islohotlar yurtimizda ilm-fan rivojlanishiga va jahon standartlari talablariga mos keladigan oliy ta’lim tizimini yaratishga katta hissa qoshadi.

UZDOC 2.0. meetings in Tashkent

On the 1st  October 2018  was 4th  UZDOC 2.0.  Consortium meeting  at  Tashkent  Institute of  Finance. All  UZDOC 2.0. team members participated in this meeting.

On the 2nd  of October 2018  held on workshop about the role of support staff in doctoral education. Main objectives of this workshop :

  • discuss recent developments in administration and management at university
  • introduce the concept of “Professionals in Doctoral Education”
  • reflect on the profiles and responsibilities of “Professional” (support staff)
  • discuss about the benefits and contributions “Professionals” (support staff) in doctoral education.

Erasmus+ Information Day-2018 Tashkent, Uzbekistan

Friday, 5 October 2018 Uzbekistan State Institute of Arts and Culture took part in Erasmus+ Information Day-2018 in Tashkent State University of Uzbek Languages and Literature.

During the day local partners of  “UZDOC 2.0: Furthering the Quality of Doctoral Education at Higher  Education Institutions in Uzbekistan” project participated in the exhibition with their project banners, booklets with photos and information about the project and poster presentations. Uzbekistan State Institute of Arts and Culture prepared booklets with photos and information which includes visits to Granada, Turin within this project.

Information day Objectives

To provide information on the novelties of the Erasmus + 5th  Call for 2019 on each direction open for the participation of  Uzbekistan higher educational institutions ( CBHE – Capacity Building in higher Education, International Credit Mobility ( ICM), Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees, Jean Monnet Activities, MSCA-Maria Sklodowska-Curie programme).

  • To present selection results of the Erasmus +4th Call in 2018 and national priorities.
  • To provide practical recommendations on project development and effective project management of CBHE and ICM projects.
  • To reinforce the capacity of the international relations departments in financial issues, monitoring and project reporting .
  • To present on-going Erasmus + activities and the results of the Tempus IV projects at the traditional exhibition.
